Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Estimated delivery dates are not binding, and should be taken as estimates only.
- Label Source shall select the method and route of despatch for all orders.
- If you order multiple products from Label Source, we reserve the right to deliver your items in separate instalments if we so choose.
Returns Policy
Label Source will be happy to credit the purchase price of your order if ALL of the following are true:
- The goods delivered do not meet your ordered requirements
- The goods were not manufactured to your specifications (i.e. ‘made to order’)
- The goods are returned unused and undamaged in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, along with a returns note itemising the goods returned
Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee based on any carriage costs incurred to deliver/transport goods. Refunds and credits will not be made until we have received and inspected the returned goods. No credit will be given in respect of delivery, postage, or transit charges – these costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to levy a 15% handling charge on any good returned for credit.
